The Art of Law

Every endeavor
has its own art, whether it’s hitting
a baseball, writing
a symphony,
or handling a lawsuit. In the
legal arena there’s an art to envisioning solutions where others see problems. It has
to do with understanding how to resolve matters in a way that benefits each client. It has to do with the art of helping clients contain problems and expand opportunities.

Who We Are

We are a Dallas law firm with a nationally prominent litigation practice. We also have well-known corporate governance, employment, and real estate practices, to name a few. But practice areas don’t define us; our clients do. In Dallas, there is an imposing bigger-than-life statue of a Texas Ranger. It reads: “One riot, one ranger.” That’s the spirit in which we approach every matter. Our clients benefit from the results we deliver – not the number of attorneys we assign.

Service

To us, service means this: We should represent one less worry to our clients. Our reputation for service and responsiveness can be explained simply – we make sure our clients’ interests become our own.

Results

We have a reputation for being lawyers’ lawyers. That is to say, when law firms need counsel, they often turn to us. In fact, a lot of good lawyers refer to us as the second best law firm in town... after their own.
